Teacher Certification

Prospective graduate students should understand that the material in this catalog that relates to graduate study and to the Graduate School applies only to requirements for graduate degrees and has no direct relation to certification, licensure, or certificates for school teachers or other school personnel. The Graduate School gives no assurance that a program for a graduate degree and a program for certification, recertification, or licensure will coincide. Graduate students and prospective graduate students who are interested in certification, recertification, or licensure should confer with the Dean of the College of Education and Technology at the beginning of a degree program or at the time of application for admission.
